Sign Language: Innglishh 4 Dummeez

In this edition of Sign Language, AYTD takes a look at how a literary disease is infecting the third most spoken language on the planet. Interestingly enough though, this illness seizes upon the visual dimension; the text in which English is utilized, rather than its sound. Slowly, more and more companies are setting up shop and deliberately tamper with the spelling of real words to spawn a new one. Whilst the new word is cosmetically different, its definition remains unchanged. Much like the emergence of txtspeak, logos highlight words with perhaps a letter missing or exchanged for another one, some go further and even use a numerical digit as an unnecessary replacement. The practice of conjuring up trade names to help advertise a product is far from a new technique; notable examples include the pharmaceuticals (Viagra, Prozac, Xanax, etc.) and the automotive industries (Mondeo, Impreza, Cee'd, etc.) but its the exchanging of correct for incorrect wordage that is a real cause for concern.

It may seem initially harmless to have these differences, but this intentional misspelling of real words isn't evolving the English language, but gradually eroding it. The increasing prevalence of misspelled words in various texts has gone to the next level in this digital era - where this relaxed and informal style of script is used in millions of messages sent between mobiles and chat sessions held amongst friends, family and acquaintances. Regarding education, a 2013 major study by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has shown England's 16-24 year olds to be 22nd and 21st out of 24 developed countries in literacy and numeracy tests respectively. It appears that teens and young adults are sacrificing wanting to have even a basic level of reading, writing and arithmetic in exchange for appearing cool and trendy to their peers as they repeatedly say phrases that don't make grammatical sense and ryte fings rong - much like these branded firms.

So, here's a selection of logos that have been spelt wrongly on purpose. Are there any that you can think of? Why not send an email over to aytdeny@gmail.com and it might just be added to those below.

AYTD's: Qur'an Quote #84

"Verily! You (O Muhammad pbuh) guide not whom you like, but Allah guides whom He wills. And He knows best those who are the guided."

(Surah 28: Al-Qasas (The Naration); verse 56)

AYTD's: Qur'an Quote #83

"Allah has sent down the best statement, a Book (this Qur'an), its parts resembling each other in goodness and truth, oft-repeated. The skins of those who fear their Lord shiver from it (when they recite it or hear it). Then their skin and their heart soften to the remembrance of Allah. That is the guidance of Allah. He Guides therewith whom He pleases and whomever Allah sends astray, for him there is no guide."
(Surah 39: Az-Zumar (The Groups); verse 23)

AYTD's: Qur'an Quote #82

"Then in what statement after this (the Qur'an) will they believe?"

(Surah 77: Surah Al-Mursalaat (Those Sent Forth); verse 50)

The World; Through A Lens - False Flag Chemical Attack In Syria Prompts Military Response From The West

21 August 2013 - Present
Ghouta region, Damascus, Syria

The World is on tenterhooks as it anticipates the almost inevitable decision from the Western nations (most notably the US, UK & France) to take military action against the Syrian government in retaliation to the totally abhorrent atrocities of chemical weapons being inflicted on innocent civilians in Damascus, killing over 350 people and injuring about 3,600. Chief members of the Allied administrations point the finger directly at Syria's President, Bashar al-Assad and the country's "regime" for committing these harrowing acts. The Syrian government has denied any use of chemical weapons, blaming rebel fighters instead.

The West are pushing the chemical weapons' usage together with the humanitarian angles as its legal basis for intervening in Syria - it can't take the "regime change" route as according to the UN Charter it is illegal for a sovereign nation to take over or replace the ruler(s) of another (please see Article II, paragraph IV).  Russia and China are strongly against taking an aggressive stance against the Syrian government - as are millions of sane people the World over, many of whom protest that the civil war in the country needs to end now and for peace to prevail in the area.

The UN have inspectors currently in Syria investigating the recent events, and will report its findings in the next couple of days. It's core objective is to determine whether chemical weapons were indeed used in these attacks or not; it will not establish who is behind it be it Assad's "regime", the NWO-backed opposition rebels, or some other entity altogether. Meanwhile, governments in the West are already discussing whether to take military action in the Middle East based on their own independent intelligence (which will also be publicly disclosed shortly) which confirms Assad's "regime" as the perpetrators.

We all know what's really going on here; Syria is just the latest of a long line of nuisances that are blocking the New World Order from creating their one world government - a single fascist and dictatorial global system where a handful of people have unequivocal control over everyone else. Humanity is reduced to a gloomy predicament of doing what its told or facing painful consequences. These few sellouts themselves are serving their master... You know who...

"The Simpsons" - Season 20 Episode 7: "Mypods and Broomsticks"

Uniform For The Sheeple - Year Of The Snake Footwear

The Uniform For The Sheeple series exposes a dehumanizing process where clothing filled with negatively connotative language such as various signs, logos, colours, prints, textures and text amongst other factors are deceptively made to appear as cool and fashionable. This edition highlights the animalistic aspect, allowing the consumer to adopt primal characteristics and traits (whether blatant or subliminal) of the species replicated within the donned attire. These survivalist and selfish tendencies can interfere with, and perhaps takeover from those more charitable which us humans are capable of expressing.

The Chinese New Year has become a great opportunity for clothing companies to use this event to further boost their own profit margins. Although its an annual celebration, with 2013 being the year of the snake, the major footwear firms have come out in the fullest force to date displaying their commemorative offerings for the public to gobble up, despite an ongoing global recession [depression].

Anyhoo, hiss... oops; here's, an ever-so sssssssssscrumptious sssssssselection of the deliciously tempting contributions for us to buy and take pictures of on tumblr - Sssssssssaluté!

Propping The 'Ganda; Enmity-Laced News In Brief

Enmity - the feeling of hatred or hostility towards someone or something. This is one of Satan's greatest tools in his inevitably futile quest to bring humanity down to its knees and thus staring at his varicose-veined rickety shinbones. It's the minor differences between us that he uses for us to attack each other; be it gender, race, age, sexuality, look, mental and physical capacity; the factors are many. These variables amongst us are maliciously manipulated, which then causes so much unnecessary pain and sorrow.

This extremely negative emotion has ensued since the true original sin in the Garden of Eden, where Satan disobeyed God by not prostrating to Adam, as he feels his fire-like Jinn being is superior to that of his clay-created human counterpart (the act of prostrating in this case was to simply follow God's command and to acknowledge and amicably greet Adam for what Allah has made him as and for). An unmeasurable amount of people have been discriminated against and killed solely due to these differences - it's simply not right. In the present day, the media delivers to us a bombarding barrage of news stories, where both the blatant and subliminal levels of enmity enveloped are high in concentrate, prompting and goading many of us to further spread ignorance and prejudice to others. Sure, we have distinctions between ourselves; after all, no two people have the same fingerprints. Once we realise that if we embrace the diversity within the human race, we can develop and increase positive relations in it.

Love, not hate.

'GANDA STORY #1: UKIP Politician refers to the Third World as "Bongo Bongo Land" in foreign aid row

Godfrey Bloom, a MEP representative for the UKIP party is irate at the amount of money the UK government gives overseas in foreign aid, and the way he thinks it's being spent: "How we can possibly be giving a billion pounds a month, when we're in this sort of debt, to bongo bongo land is completely beyond me...To buy Ray-Ban sunglasses, apartments in Paris, Ferraris and all the rest of it that goes with most of the foreign aid. F-18s for Pakistan...We need a new squadron of F-18s. Who's got the squadrons? Pakistan, where we send the money".
This comes as in June UK coalition Chancellor George Osbourne announced within the annual Budget an increase in external expenditure by £800million to £11.1billion for 2015-6 in what's known as the DFID (Department For International Development), whilst cutting spending in other areas such as education, transport and sport/culture/media.

'GANDA STORY #2: Oprah Winfrey denied buying a handbag as "it's too expensive" for her

Self-made billionaire Winfrey was refused from even having a look at the $38,000 (£24,000) crocodile skin bag, let alone purchasing it whilst perusing the affluent streets of Zurich, Switzerland. Being a guest at soul singer Tina Turner's birthday in the Swiss city, the talkshow mogul encountered unexpected resistance at the Tom Ford flagship store, with the shop assistant diverting Oprah to look at bags that were much more cheaper than the black one Ms. Winfrey was interested in.

'GANDA STORY #3: Stephen Fry wishes for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Russia to be moved in reaction to passing of Russian anti-gay laws

Although the British actor and TV personality admits a boycott is unlikely, he is vociferous in his disdain towards the seemingly anti-gay law passed in Russia that fines anyone that is seen to "promote" or give any sort of information about homosexuality to under 18's. Fry has appealed to UK competitors at the Sochi Games to perform a gesture that eerily resembles the death-come-Skull & Bones-esque symbol in protest to the new legislature, which many feel is not just anti-gay, but a somewhat partial ban on freedom of speech.

Propping The 'Ganda - Woolwich Murder Gets Disproportionate Media Coverage

Drummer Lee Rigby 1987-2013 R.I.P.

Mohammed Saleem Chaudhry 1938-2013 R.I.P.

Two men. Two fatal victims of knife crime in the UK. Two fathers of children whom no longer have their dad around. Two stories both with the same unfortunate outcome. However, one has created a far much more visceral outcry of shock and outrage than the other.

This explosion of emotion is born from the various media outlets that intend to shape and programme public opinions on many situations and variables. The methods in which the news covers and depicts events both domestically and overseas often play a defining role on how we view ourselves individually, how highly (or not) we regard morals and ethics, and subsequently how we engage with others directly around us and our feelings towards the goings on with other human beings thousands of miles away.

The first story regards that of Drummer Lee Rigby, 25, Middleton, Greater Manchester. He joined the Army in 2006 where he he was selected to be a member of the Corps of Drums, and posted under the 2nd Battalion, The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers. He got deployed for Operations to the Helmand Province region of Afghanistan in April 2009 serving under the Fire Support Group in Patrol Base Woqab. In 2011 Rigby took up a recruiting post and assisted with duties at Regimental Headquarters in the Tower of London.

At approx. 2:30pm on the afternoon of Wednesday 22 May 2013, Drummer Lee Rigby was fatally attacked in Woolwich, South-East London, by two men, both wielding large machete-like knives. Barely 200 yards from the Royal Artillery Barracks, adjacent to Woolwich Common, the historical home of the Royal Artillery, Rigby was rammed with the assailants car, then repeatedly stabbed whilst they chanted "Allah Akbar [God is great]". These two men, Michael Adebolajo and Michael Adebowale are believed to have committed the murder in the name of Islam. An extremely graphic video clip shows Adebolajo at the scene defending his truly horrific act, saying; ''...We swear by the almighty Allah we will never stop fighting you until you leave us alone. We must fight them as they fight us. An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth. I apologise that women have had to witness this today, but in our land our women have to see the same. You people will never be safe. Remove your government, they don't care about you. Do you think David Cameron is going to get caught in the street when we start bussin' our guns? You think politicians are going to die? No it's going to be the average guy, like you...''.

The two were in absolutely no hurry to flee the scene, they flagrantly hung around whilst many onlookers stared glaring in unbelieveable shock; some tried to confront them whilst others took pictures and videoed them. They remained at the location for about 20 minutes until the police finally appeared and shot them, with an air ambulance whisking them off to hospital, whilst police cordoned off the area to begin investigations into the brutally disgusting killing.

Known as Riggers to his colleagues, a statement made on behalf of Lee's family reads; "Lee was lovely. He would do anything for anybody, he always looked after his sisters and always protected them. He took a 'big brother’ role with everyone. All he wanted to do from when he was a little boy, was to be in the Army. He wanted to live life and enjoy himself. His family meant everything to him. He was a loving son, husband, father, brother, and uncle, and a friend to many. We ask that our privacy be respected at this difficult time."

Drummer Lee Rigby leaves behind a two-year-old son.

The second story happens almost a month before the first.

Mohammed Saleem Chaudhry, 75, originally from Pakistan, came to the UK in his 20s and lived in his final residence for 46 years in the Small Heath district of Birmingham, West Midlands. A retired former bakery worker, Saleem was a devout Muslim, and would regularly visit his local mosque, despite having arthritis and needing a walking stick to help get him around.

On the evening of Monday 29 April 2013, Mohammed Saleem Choudhry was fatally attacked, with three wounds into his back, suggesting he was killed with some sort of knife-like implement. This savage assault happened whilst Saleem was returning from Night prayers at the Green Lane Masjid, at about 10:20pm, 10 minutes after prayers concluded at the mosque. His nephew and neighbours found Mr Saleem in a pool of blood between the 100 yard-or-so route from the mosque to his home. Saleem was not mugged, his wallet was still with him when he was found. The assailant(s) are still to be found.

The murder of Uncle Saleem as he is known to many has rocked the local Muslim community. Saleem's nephew, Javid Iqbar, recalls his uncle, saying; "We can't understand why anyone would want to hurt Mohammed. He is a real family man and would never do anything to hurt anyone... I have no idea why he was attacked - he was just a defenceless old man, walking on his own, late at night. This is a very tightly knit community, and everyone has been rocked by the news. I just hope whoever did this will be brought to justice.". Shazia Khan, Saleem's daughter, adds; "It's very tragic. He was very well-respected in the community. He's such a lovely man. I just can't believe it. Everyone, old and young, knew him... We just hope the police find who did this. It was him today, it could be someone else tomorrow.,, To kill a defenceless old man who had a walking stick - well, it's just terrible."

Mr Saleem leaves behind 7 children and 22 grandchildren.

The news coverage of both these stories are in extreme contrast to each other, whilst baring obvious similarities. The first story has garnered global attention, with reports from the US to Russia to Australia flooding the various media wires. Here in the UK Rigby's killing was breaking news on BBC & Sky News for at least the night of the 22nd May and the following day - with the newscasters asking the public to remain calm and show restraint, whilst endlessly looping footage of police vans franticallty driving around with their sirens flashing and showing streams of high-visibility jackets tending to the crime scene. Even in the past few hours the major UK networks were covered the morale of the Woolwich community a week on, holding a 2 minute's silence and laying flowers on the street in memory of the fallen soldier. British Prime Minister David Cameron curtailed his planned talks with the French president Francois Hollande in order to get himself back to Britain to express his deepest condolences (although ol' Davey Boy is now sunning himself in Ibiza right about now). Meanwhile London Mayor Boris Johnson made a speech in Woolwich the following morning after the incident, saying that those responsible will be brought to justice.

Neither David Cameron or Boris Johnson have publicly commented on the second story, neither [to our knowledge[ has it made any national television coverage, let alone gained stature in the international news realm. However, the BBC stated that it my have a segment of its own on a forthcoming episode of Crimewatch. Thankfully, there are a number online reports of this event, again from the BBC but also from local sources such as the Birmingham Mail. Social commentary programmes such as Loose Women, This Morning and The Wright Stuff  hurriedly jumped on the banwagon giving their two cents, bleeting out the same emotions of complete shock over the previous day's happening... and little else. We are still yet to hear wat these and programmes and others have to say about the second story. Do they even know the existence of Mr. Saleem's story? If so, would they care to share their feelings regarding his story like they have in Mr. Rigby's?

Public reaction has been as polar as it can imaginably be - regarding the first story; the EDL (English Defence League) were out on the streets of South-East London within hours, aggressively voicing their disdain for Islam and all those that associate themselves with it - terrorists. Elsewhere in the UK, numerous mosques around the country, with messages like "Islam =  evil" are grafittied across on the places of worship.Whereas a vigil has been held locally in Birmingham in memory of Saleem. No intense seething on a national scale as a reaction to the murder of a 75 year-old arthritic pensioner, cowardly knifed in the back repeatedly in the dead of the night.

So, why such the imbalance on giving coverage to there two stories? Does Mr. Saleem's story not fit with the NWO agenda? Please, no answers on a postcard, as AYTD has no PO Box. You can though feel free to leave a comment on either of these two stories, the media's coverage (or lack of) to them, or even on AYTD's own interpretation of these matters. Alternatively, you can send an email over to aytdeny@gmail.com.

Just for the record, AYTD wholeheartedly condemns both murders. Our deepest condolences and thoughts go out to the families of both victims. Concerning the death of Mr. Rigby, those two men are certainly not true Muslims; their ferocious attack on Rigby has absolutely no place in Islam at all - never has and never will. Islam is peaceful to its core, and for someone to carry out such an act like Adebolajo and Adebowale did for it's cause does nothing but shame the perpetrators. Allah will decide accordingly everyone's future in relation to what they've done here on Earth on Judgement Day. The same goes to those that killed Mr. Saleem - what they did is totally deplorable and disgusting, Again, Allah will decide what awaits them to befit their actions.

Rest in peace to both Mr. Rigby and Mr Saleem, may you now experience no more pain.
